Our story

RBA Limited was founded in 2007. Since that time the business has grown to employ two more fee-earning HR consultants and has provided services to over 250 companies in the UK. Myself (Rob), Chris and Tracey are all highly experienced HR practitioners who have worked in senior HR positions before becoming consultants. Each member of the team has 20+ years of multi-client and multi-sector experience. Recently Ian joined the team as an associate, specialising as a Health and Safety practitioner. Sarah looks after me, our admin, and IT.

As a business, we also make use of outsourced specialist providers and understand the need for good professional support as and when it is needed. We know what makes a good, outsourced partner…..it’s what we do!

Our advice is for employers. It’s not that we don’t care about employees, it’s rather that without a business organising its resources as needed and earning sustainable and profitable returns, there is no business for anyone to work for.
